About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct damage tolerance analyses on primary structural elements (PSE)
- Provide recommendations on aircraft structural design and repair concepts
- Develop fatigue spectra
- Validate damage tolerance analyses against experimental results
- Support development of the maintenance manual in coordination with technical publications and maintenance engineering teams
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with program methodology and technical requirements
- Review supplier reports and analyses
- Prepare certification reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in stress analysis of metal aircraft structures, specializing in fatigue and damage tolerance design (DTD)
- Proficiency in NASTRAN, PATRAN, NASGRO, CATIA V5, MS Office, and Google Workspace
- Experience with aircraft development programs or in-service support, including certification activities, is a plus
- Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques is a plus
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and team spirit
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and communicate in French and English
