Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
Provide functional and technical leadership within projects.
Make recommendations for the development and implementation of complex projects.
Review code and architecture to ensure compliance with the company’s development standards and industry best practices.
Write, modify, review, optimize, and debug computer code.
Contribute to the development and improvement of work methods and procedures.
Select libraries and development paradigms.
Identify opportunities for code reuse across completed projects.
Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.
Participate in the service proposal writing process.
Evaluate and select appropriate technology options.
Participate in effort estimation, problem-solving, and quality assurance.
Coach and mentor less experienced employees.
Improve the efficiency and quality of the company’s development processes.

8 to 10 years of experience developing digital solutions.
Significant experience leading project teams.
Strong expertise in front-end architecture with Angular, with openness to back-end technologies in C++ and/or Python.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Understanding and knowledge of software architecture.
Client-focused approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience starting projects from scratch and comprehensive experience across the software development lifecycle.
Ability to adapt quickly to meet established objectives within required timelines.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of unit testing.
Good knowledge of Agile principles and ceremonies.
French-English bilingualism is essential for collaborating with internal and external clients across North America.
