About the role
- Digital Publishing Coordinator managing workloads, ensuring deadlines, and performing quality assurance audits for Sun Life's digital publishing initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the team’s daily workload and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met
- Monitor and triage the Global Publishing Intake queue within set service level agreements
- Oversee intakes for quality assurance and maintaining the intake system
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to complete small publishing requests across multiple Sun Life websites
- Routinely perform website accessibility and quality assurance audits
- Serve as the primary point of contact for web intakes, including support and escalation
- Ensure accurate recording of data to enable and support reporting and measurement
- Monitor the team's inbox
- Coordinate and liaise with clients and internal team members as necessary
- Identify relevant training needs, provide recommendations, and update training documents
- Oversee intakes for quality assurance, maintain the intake application, and orchestrate administrative duties as necessary
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a Coordinator or Specialist role
- Understanding of digital technology and digital channels
- Experience with request intake tools and workflow management
- Experience consulting with stakeholders and driving digital solutions to meet business requirements
- Adaptive to change and mentally flexible
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality
- Excellent communication, time management, organization, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with basic HTML coding, CSS, and JavaScript are an asset
- Previous experience working in content management applications, in particular Adobe AEM is an asset but not required
- Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) in web content publishing and site management
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and situational analysis
- Ability to work independently
- Developed client management skills, especially discretion and diplomacy in dealing with stakeholders
- Highly motivated to learn and work in digital technologies
