About the role
- TD digital analytics expert optimizing banking customer journeys through web and mobile data. Delivering dashboards, insights, and recommendations to improve conversion, engagement, and digital performance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with digital, marketing, product, and technology teams on web and mobile analytics strategies
- Analyze customer behavior across websites, mobile apps, acquisition funnels, and engagement journeys
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to improve customer experience, conversion, engagement, and digital performance
- Conduct end-to-end analytics from hypothesis development and data extraction through analysis, insight synthesis, and executive-ready storytelling
- Translate complex digital data into dashboards and visualizations
- Translate business requirements into analytics solutions and measurement frameworks
- Serve as a subject matter expert on customer journeys, KPIs, attribution, and channel performance
- Educate business partners on digital metrics and analytics outputs
- Communicate findings and translate insights into prioritized actions and measurable outcomes
- Identify and execute analytics use cases that improve digital channel effectiveness and customer outcomes
- Participate in knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration
- Work independently as a senior analyst/subject matter expert and coach or educate others
- Perform tasks end to end and address short- to medium-term issues
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Background in business administration, statistics, mathematics, science, or finance
- Experience using Python, SQL, or Spark to manipulate large and complex datasets and draw insights
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is an asset
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Databricks for deploying analytics solutions is a plus
- Ability to work independently as a senior analyst/subject matter expert
- Ability to coach and educate others
- Ability to perform tasks end to end
