About the role
- Process Engineering Manager driving end-to-end delivery of process and automation improvements for TD. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating on methodologies for process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional end-to-end delivery of process and automation improvement initiatives
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects of moderate to high complexity

- Educate and create awareness of process improvement methodologies across the organization
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Black Belt)
- 7+ years of relevant experience in process improvement
- Advanced knowledge of software applications and tools required for process improvement tasks
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex process problems
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and gain alignment across senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to work autonomously and guide others within the area of expertise.
