About the role

  • Process Engineering Manager driving end-to-end delivery of process and automation improvements for TD. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating on methodologies for process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional end-to-end delivery of process and automation improvement initiatives
  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects of moderate to high complexity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support project benefits and implement changes to business processes
  • Educate and create awareness of process improvement methodologies across the organization

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Black Belt)
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in process improvement
  • Advanced knowledge of software applications and tools required for process improvement tasks
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex process problems
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and gain alignment across senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and guide others within the area of expertise.
