Responsibilities
- Support the Cross-Border Governance group in managing risk, maintaining audit and regulatory readiness, and delivering timely, well-controlled outcomes
- Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, appropriate approvals and supporting documentation
- Process invoice payments in accordance with established timelines and internal control requirements
- Prepare and maintain tracking files, reconciliations, reports, and status updates to support visibility into day-to-day operations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit, compliance, regulatory, and management reporting requirements
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support automation or workflow enhancements
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner
- Support governance routines by preparing materials, tracking action items, escalating risks or issues, and ensuring follow-through on remediation activities
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or Technical certificate
- 5-7 years relevant experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, workflow systems is an asset
