About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform software packaging, testing, and package deployment
  • Create and maintain workstation images
  • Identify, recommend, implement, and document corrective and preventive solutions
  • Adapt imaging processes to Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
  • Optimize Group Policy Object (GPO) configuration
  • Manage and maintain the desktop environment using GPOs
  • Automate workstation deployments and updates
  • Configure and manage desktop environment updates
  • Contribute to the security and mobility of the desktop fleet
  • Provide Level 2 support for workstations
  • Contribute to the evolution of Windows and Office environments
  • Monitor and update applications
  • Produce test plans, operating guides, installation instructions, and deployment plans
  • Participate in mobility, cloud computing, and desktop services enhancement projects
  • Collaborate with various IT teams

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft technologies and their ecosystem, including Windows, Office, mobility, workstation ergonomics, patches, and application deployment
  • At least 5 years of experience managing images, profiles, application packages, GPOs, Intune, MDM, Microsoft Defender, AD/AAD, and automation tools
  • At least 3 years of experience deploying security patches
  • At least 3 years of experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 Enterprise
  • At least 5 years of experience with workstation lifecycle management
  • At least 5 years of experience with the Microsoft 365 (M365) suite
  • At least 3 years of experience with desktop virtualization solutions, such as Citrix, VMware, Microsoft Virtual Desktop, Hyper-V, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience with M365 and other SaaS offerings
