Staff full-stack engineer building Dia enterprise administration, provisioning, and commerce tools. The Browser Company creates a browser designed to help people work, create, and explore online.
Responsibilities
Build products that let organizations deploy, govern, and pay for Dia independently
Own the Dia Admin Console end to end, including the web application, entitlement and provisioning APIs, and integrations with Atlassian Admin Hub and commerce stacks
Design and build a hosted web application for enterprise administrators to manage entitlements, configure identity and policies, and view Dia usage
Improve organization and user entitlement modeling, provisioning and deprovisioning APIs, and backend access enforcement
Integrate Dia into Atlassian administration surfaces as a first-party product
Partner with Atlassian Admin Hub, Identity, and Commerce teams
Build enterprise web functionality including usage and metering flows, self-serve onboarding, and internal tools
Partner with client engineers to ship enterprise features inside Dia
Set the technical direction for enterprise administration of Dia
Develop the Dia Admin Console with entitlement and role models, policy configuration, and usage reporting
Define the provisioning lifecycle and Admin Hub-driven access management, including disabled-user access and token lifetime
Emit Dia usage to Atlassian's usage tracking service and surface consumption and limits to administrators
Shape wider enterprise enablement, governance requirements, integration surfaces, and in-client enterprise features
Requirements
8+ years building production web applications end to end
Comfortable designing data models, writing APIs, and building user interfaces
Interest in and product-minded approach to admin and enterprise tools
Willingness to learn enough Swift and Chromium to ship enterprise features in the client when needed
Ability to work effectively in a high-trust, high-ambiguity environment
Ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions independently
Pragmatic approach and motivation to work on nebulous problems
Excitement to work in a startup environment with quick product validation cycles

Primarily available in North American time zones
At least 4 hours of overlap with team members in the Eastern Time Zone
