Responsibilities
Communicate with product and business teams to gather and analyze business requirements
Research and identify new software technologies to improve performance and development efficiency
Provide creative and elegant solutions to complex problems
Prepare technical specifications and documentation
Participate in project planning sessions to analyze development requirements and provide estimates
Participate in software releases
Work with your team and other teams to deliver high-grade, performant features
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to prepare test plans and execute tests
Identify and fix any defects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
2–4 years of professional software development experience
Hands-on experience with C#/.NET Core/NodeJS/Python and cloud-based development, preferably AWS
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong interest in using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT
Ability to critically review and validate AI-generated code
Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, code reviews, debugging, logging, and production support
Some design skills including knowledge of common design patterns
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
