Responsibilities
- Communicate with product and business teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Research and identify new software technologies to improve performance and development efficiency
- Provide creative and elegant solutions to complex problems
- Prepare technical specifications and documentation
- Participate in project planning sessions to analyze development requirements and provide estimates
- Participate in software releases
- Work with your team and other teams to deliver high-grade, performant features
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to prepare test plans and execute tests
- Identify and fix any defects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience
- Hands-on experience with C#/.NET Core/NodeJS/Python and cloud-based development, preferably AWS
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong interest in using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT
- Ability to critically review and validate AI-generated code
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, code reviews, debugging, logging, and production support
- Some design skills including knowledge of common design patterns
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
