About the role

Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and enhance the organization’s cybersecurity platforms
- Participate in the implementation and integration of strategic cybersecurity solutions
- Deploy and maintain endpoint, server, and cloud environment protection technologies
- Configure security policies in protection tools in collaboration with security and infrastructure teams
- Optimize the collection, quality, and transmission of security data for monitoring and detection
- Monitor the health of cybersecurity platforms and take the necessary actions to ensure service continuity
- Automate recurring tasks using tools and scripts
- Provide technical guidance to cybersecurity project and operations stakeholders
- Manage incidents and maintain platform documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification in computer science, cybersecurity, or another relevant field
- Two years of relevant experience in systems administration or technology platform administration
- Knowledge of security concepts and platforms such as SIEM, XDR/EDR, endpoint protection solutions, secure cloud platforms, or vulnerability management technologies
- Knowledge of automation and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or equivalent)
- Applicants must be recommended following completion of the SPMV security clearance process
- 35-hour workweek
