Requirements

You are currently licensed to trade real estate in Alberta
You are a member of the Calgary Real Estate Board
You’re actively working in the business (or ready to ramp back up)
You want stronger positioning, better tools, and meaningful support
You value culture and professionalism
You’re growth-oriented and open to smarter ways of doing business
Strong knowledge of the Calgary real estate market
Proven ability to generate and close business
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Tech-comfortable and proficient with MLS and CRM systems
Self-motivated, organized, and professional
Valid Alberta driver’s license and access to a vehicle
