Responsibilities
- Lead the performance and growth of the Walmart Rewards Mastercard portfolio, driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and profitability
- Deliver strategic, cross-functional initiatives and product enhancements with Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations, and external partners
- Leverage data and analytics to identify customer insights, uncover growth opportunities, and improve business performance
- Support development of business cases, forecasts, and strategic plans
- Help shape and expand financial services offerings, including remittance, payments, rewards, and emerging customer solutions
- Launch new products, programs, and pilots
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and industry partners
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Identify partnership opportunities and improve existing programs
- Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and adherence to Walmart's values and ethical standards
Requirements
