About the role

  • Senior Manager leading global sales compensation and deal strategy at Webflow, an agentic web marketing platform. Designing plans, managing payouts, and advising leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual sales compensation design process from start to finish
  • Select compensation metrics and design plan structures
  • Oversee rollout and enablement for the sales team
  • Administer sales compensation plans and ensure timely, accurate commission and incentive payouts
  • Manage compensation policies and documentation
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Total Rewards leadership
  • Align compensation programs, SPIFFs, and partnership agreements with strategic priorities
  • Deliver analytics and reporting on quota attainment, capacity modeling, and compensation effectiveness
  • Manage and develop the sales compensation and deal strategy team
  • Oversee a direct report focused on the financial impacts of non-standard deal structures
  • Report to the VP, Finance

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of people management experience
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences
  • Deep expertise developing, administering, and communicating sales compensation plans
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Legal, and HR stakeholders
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership
  • Proficiency with compensation platforms and CRM systems such as CaptivateIQ, Xactly, and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with deal desk or custom pricing strategies is a plus
  • Proactive embrace of AI and fluency in emerging technologies
  • Valid right-to-work authorization depending on country of employment
  • Successful background check may be required
