About the role
- Senior Forward Deployed Engineer building full-stack data and AI solutions for Warner Music Group. Automating workflows for music-label stakeholders using Python, Snowflake, Databricks, and Streamlit.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Solutions team and business stakeholders across Warner Music Group
- Rapidly build and deploy automation and data- and AI-driven solutions
- Deliver solutions that turn tasks taking weeks into workflows taking minutes
- Work directly with stakeholders across labels and global functions
- Develop full-stack solutions, including data pipelines and interoperability
- Build backend applications in Python
- Develop dashboards and Streamlit applications
- Leverage Databricks and Snowflake AI tools, including Genie and Cortex
- Use AI tools to design, build, and deploy production solutions
- Establish system frameworks, operational playbooks, and technical guidelines
- Contribute reusable modular assets to the internal marketplace
- Align solutions with the Data and Insights engineering roadmap
- Manage stakeholder expectations and keep customers informed
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience
- Experience working with customers
- Experience with Python
- Experience with data pipelining, such as ETL
- Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks; one is sufficient
- Ideally, experience with Genie Code or Cortex Code, Notebooks, and Streamlit
- Ability to use AI tools to design, build, and deploy production solutions
- Ability to work across backend, frontend, data pipelines, and AI tools
- Ability to rapidly understand problem spaces and develop solutions without curated requirements
- Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders from entry to executive level
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, Cortex Code, and Genie Code
- Experience establishing system frameworks such as the Agent Development Kit (ADK)
- Experience authoring operational playbooks and technical guidelines
- Background in modular architectures and reusable internal marketplace assets
- Passion for learning and openness to feedback
