About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver full-stack features that meet the team's quality and user experience standards
  • Contribute to simple, well-designed user experiences that solve real problems, in collaboration with the Product Manager and product designer
  • Establish strong, long-lasting technical foundations from the outset
  • Integrate Microsoft APIs reliably so migration and authentication scenarios work in production
  • Establish a culture of quality from day one
  • Help advance the team through code reviews and knowledge sharing
  • Use AI-assisted development tools.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience delivering commercial software products with strong customer adoption
  • Proven experience developing web applications with TypeScript and React
  • Hands-on experience with relational or non-relational databases
  • Strong backend development skills in C# / .NET
  • Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent) in the daily development workflow
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex and ambiguous technical challenges
  • Clear and proactive communication, ownership mentality, transparency, and ability to keep the team informed
  • Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is a plus.
