- Deliver full-stack features that meet the team's quality and user experience standards
- Contribute to simple, well-designed user experiences that solve real problems, in collaboration with the Product Manager and product designer
- Establish strong, long-lasting technical foundations from the outset
- Integrate Microsoft APIs reliably so migration and authentication scenarios work in production
- Establish a culture of quality from day one
- Help advance the team through code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Use AI-assisted development tools.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience delivering commercial software products with strong customer adoption
- Proven experience developing web applications with TypeScript and React
- Hands-on experience with relational or non-relational databases
- Strong backend development skills in C# / .NET
- Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent) in the daily development workflow
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex and ambiguous technical challenges
- Clear and proactive communication, ownership mentality, transparency, and ability to keep the team informed
- Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is a plus.
