Investments Intern supporting WTW’s institutional investment consulting services for institutional investors. Assisting with asset allocation, manager research, performance evaluation, and client presentations.
Responsibilities
Work beside consultants and analysts on investment-related client services
Assist with setting investment objectives, asset allocation, manager selection, performance measurement and evaluation, investment manager monitoring, custodian selection, transitions, and global research services
Work as part of dedicated client teams providing services to clients
Support construction and delivery of client presentations
Follow the professional excellence model, including review and documentation of client deliverables
Participate in meetings with investment managers
Identify ways to improve processes and technology to increase client-team efficiency
Apply technical and analytical skills to real client assignments
Requirements
Progress towards a Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics or another major with significant quantitative course work
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Strong financial literacy highly preferred
Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a close team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
Graduation with a Bachelor's or Master's degree between December 2027 and June 2028
