About the role
- Turkish Bilingual Expert evaluating pronunciation, fluency, and linguistic authenticity in audio clips. Improving Micro1’s AI language understanding and generation through detailed English assessments.
Responsibilities
- Listen to audio clips in Turkish and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output
- Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines
- Document assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors
- Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency
- Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content
- Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Turkish language understanding and generation
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned audio review tasks while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Turkish, with strong command of both spoken and written language
- Minimum B2 level proficiency in English, especially for written and verbal communication
- Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or related fields is prefered
- Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued
- Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate nuanced language differences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy
- Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is considered an asset
