- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Capital Markets; hands-on experience with OTC derivatives and trade lifecycle processes; proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with data mapping, transformation validation, and requirements gathering; ability to support UAT and create test scenarios; strong stakeholder communication; experience analyzing production issues and performing impact assessments; familiarity with financial institutional environments and capital markets.
