About the role
- Seeking an experienced AML Business Systems Analyst/API Integrations to support regulatory release management projects within the AML domain for a top financial client.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document system design and architecture blueprints for AML projects. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Develop and maintain system modeling documents aligned with project needs. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Utilize Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation management. Support release management activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Assist in identifying process improvements and implement best practices. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience. Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks. Proficiency with Jira and Confluence tools. Strong understanding of system design documents and architectural blueprints. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and well organized, capable of working independently and within a team. Attention to detail and adaptability to changing project needs.
