Responsibilities

  • 🚨Looking for a Cybersecurity M&A Technical Project Manager for a Healthcare client🚨 📍 Remote – Candidates must be located in Canada and be open to working EST hours ⏰ 7-month (with possibility of extension) đź’° $70/hr – 80/hr (INC) This role owns the full technology delivery lifecycle for divestitures and business separations from deal-stage planning through Day 1 execution and post-close stabilization. Serving as the single point of accountability, you will lead cross-functional execution across infrastructure, applications, data, and identity separation workstreams. You will collaborate closely with Cybersecurity, GRC, and enterprise IT teams to ensure all activities strictly align with strict risk postures and contractual obligations. The ultimate goal is to drive seamless disentanglement, TSA governance, and robust security control readiness for critical enterprise separation initiatives. Only candidates meeting ALL the following criteria will be considered Required Qualifications: -Technical Project Management: 8+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise technology delivery, IT operations, and complex cross-functional initiatives as the single point of accountability. -M&A Divestiture & Separation Experience: 5+ years of direct experience managing M&A integration and divestiture workstreams, including Day 1 readiness, cutover, and TSA/Reverse TSA execution. -Cybersecurity & Risk Management: 5+ years of experience partnering with security/GRC teams to lead cyber risk assessments, control readiness, and remediation tracking within complex enterprise environments. -IAM Project Delivery: 3+ years of experience managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) workstreams, including identity governance, SSO, MFA, PAM, and directory services disentanglement. -Education & Governance Frameworks: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, alongside deep experience establishing centralized project governance and RAID log management. 📥 DM me with your resume to learn more 🙂 -no third-party vendors -only suitable candidates will be contacted
