About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, processes, and reporting structures. Lead cybersecurity project planning, manage interdependencies, and mitigate risks. Convert team goals into actionable plans and monitor progress. Design executive-ready dashboards and reports. Build relationships with internal teams and senior management. Provide strategic thought leadership and adapt to dynamic environments. Conduct analysis and prepare recommendations to improve security capabilities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of project management or analyst experience. Proven experience in creating business cases, gathering requirements, and financial analysis. Post-secondary education with a degree or diploma. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective problem-solving capability. Excellent time management and documentation skills. Self-motivated and well-organized. High attention to detail. Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to apply critical thinking and strategic analysis.
