About the role
- Seeking an IT Data Modeler with 5+ years of experience in P&C Insurance. Must have expertise in data modeling, Snowflake, and data governance.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for an experienced IT Data Modeler with 5+ years of experience and strong expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. Key responsibilities include data modeling, database design, conceptual/logical/physical data modeling, ER modeling, dimensional modeling (Star & Snowflake), and working with data governance, metadata management, and data quality. The role also involves policy administration, claims management, underwriting, risk & exposure, premium & billing, coverage & endorsements, regulatory reporting, Azure Data Services, data warehousing, data lake, and master data management (MDM).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT data modeling, strong expertise in P&C Insurance domain, proficiency in data modeling tools (ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, Visio), knowledge of Snowflake, Azure Data Services, data governance, metadata management, data quality, and experience with insurance domains such as policy administration, claims management, underwriting, risk & exposure, premium & billing, coverage & endorsements, regulatory reporting, data warehousing, data lake, and MDM.
