About the role
- IT Project Manager (Spanish preferred) needed for hybrid contract in Toronto. Must have 10+ years PM experience with $10M+ transformations.
Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale transformation initiatives valued at $10M+ within a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Create executive-level roadmaps, project plans, and governance materials. Partner with technology teams and manage complex dependencies, risks, and delivery impacts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Project Management experience within large, fast-paced, matrixed organizations involving multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities. Experience managing or supporting large-scale transformation initiatives valued at $10M+. Demonstrated experience creating and presenting executive-level roadmaps, project plans, and governance materials. Strong experience managing complex dependencies, risks, and delivery impacts, with the ability to proactively communicate and influence outcomes rather than simply track status. Experience partnering with technology teams, with a strong understanding of technical terminology, delivery methodologies, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Hands-on experience with: PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Copilot, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project.
