  • We’re Hiring: Procurement Manager – Proficient (Toronto, ON | Hybrid) 🤝 Are you an experienced procurement or contracts professional looking to drive high-impact sourcing initiatives within a global organization? We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to handle end-to-end third-party contract evaluation, negotiation, and execution! In this role, you will collaborate with internal business partners and external suppliers to negotiate key commercial terms and draft vital agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs) aligned with corporate goals and budgets. Key Role Details Role: Procurement Manager – Proficient (Toronto, ON | Hybrid) Duration: 12-Month Contract (Possibility of extension) Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Toronto) Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate Key Responsibilities End-to-End Procurement: Manage intake-to-completion requests for goods and services across assigned business units. Contract Drafting & Review: Prepare, review, and amend MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, transaction agreements, and renewals using corporate templates. Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with external suppliers to secure favorable conditions and minimize risk. Compliance & Partnership: Analyze agreements against company policies and liaise across departments to guide requests through standard contracting workflows. What We’re Looking For Experience: 2–4 years of experience with contracting best practices and business decision-making in a Contract Specialist role. Education: Post-secondary degree/certification in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience. Core Skills: Ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently, prioritize competing demands, and maintain strong market awareness. Nice-to-Haves: Experience in financial institutions, IT/Professional Services sourcing, or Contract Lifecycle Management tools (iValua, Coupa, Ariba). Why Apply?
