About the role

  • We are hiring a Project Control Officer – Intermediate for a remote contract role with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement in Ontario, Canada.

Responsibilities

  • The Project Control Officer will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather project updates, maintain project budgets, progress reports, action items, and risk registers. They will work closely with Project Managers to provide status updates, identify and escalate risks, manage project documentation, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Requirements

  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to gather project updates and maintain project budgets, progress reports, action items, and risk registers. Experience working closely with Project Managers to provide status updates, identify and escalate risks, and manage project documentation. Strong business analysis experience with effective communication and stakeholder management. Experience coordinating and tracking User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
