About the role
- Seeking an experienced QE Lead with IBM FTM expertise to lead quality engineering for a financial services project.
Responsibilities
- Lead QE activities including test planning, execution, and defect management. Design and execute test strategies for IBM FTM implementations and integrations. Coordinate with business, development, and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables. Drive test automation, reporting, and continuous quality improvements. Support release validation and production readiness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of QA/QE experience with leadership responsibilities. Hands-on experience with IBM Financial Transaction Manager (IBM FTM). Strong knowledge of functional, integration, and API testing. Experience with test automation tools and defect tracking systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
