About the role
- Hiring 4 Senior IT Project Managers for a 12-month contract in Toronto to lead infrastructure modernization projects including F5, InfoBlox, Fortinet, and Microsoft 365 refreshes.
Responsibilities
- Each Project Manager will take ownership of a major infrastructure workstream and drive delivery from planning through implementation, governance, cutover, and operational readiness. Workstreams include F5 Infrastructure Refresh, InfoBlox Currency Initiatives, Fortinet Currency Initiatives, and AV / Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft 365 Currency. Responsibilities include leading enterprise infrastructure refresh projects, managing project plans and schedules, coordinating implementation windows and cutovers, managing RAID logs and risks, driving governance and reporting, partnering with technical teams, presenting to executives, coordinating vendors and financials, and supporting go-live and hypercare.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives; strong experience with infrastructure migrations, technology refreshes, and modernization programs; hands-on experience planning and coordinating production cutovers, implementation windows, and deployment activities; proven ability to manage complex dependencies, risks, stakeholders, governance, and executive-level reporting. Nice to have: experience with F5, InfoBlox, Fortinet, network/infrastructure platforms, AV infrastructure, Microsoft Outlook/365 upgrades, financial services or banking, PMP/PMI certification.
