- 10+ years of experience in project/program management; Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security governance, risk management, cloud and network security; Experience with Zero Trust architectures and security-by-design practices; Proven ability to drive organizational change, continuous improvement, and delivery of complex enterprise security programs; Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, modern network-security architectures, cloud environments, and security technologies; Ability to manage technical dependencies, implementation risks, vendor engagements, and cross-functional delivery teams; Experience working with OPS (Ontario Public Service) environments is an asset.
