About the role
- Senior Project Manager (Siebel, Public Sector) – Toronto. Onsite contract to March 2027, leading Agile projects for the Health Services Cluster.
Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex application development initiatives for the Health Services Cluster within the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. Manage Agile ceremonies, project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and resources while coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders. Ensure adherence to OPS governance processes including project gating, architecture governance, and digital first assessments. Oversee privacy and security deliverables, and manage Siebel Public Sector projects, technical solution delivery, data migration, testing, platform upgrades, and Oracle/Siebel environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading large, complex application development initiatives. Proven track record delivering Agile projects using Scrum methodology. Extensive experience managing Agile ceremonies, project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and resources. Strong knowledge of OPS governance processes. Experience managing privacy and security deliverables. Experience managing Siebel Public Sector projects, technical solution delivery, data migration, testing, platform upgrades, and Oracle/Siebel environments. Previous government experience and project rescue/triage experience preferred.
