About the role
- Greenfield Global seeks a Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Specialist to manage recruitment, employer branding, and HR system optimization in Mississauga, ON.
Responsibilities
- This role owns full-cycle talent attraction, employer branding and EVP development, hiring manager enablement, candidate experience, and process creation. The specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment, become a Dayforce power user, build the Employee Value Proposition, coach hiring managers, and design scalable tools and resources.
Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or employer branding, ideally within a complex or technical organization. Confidence with HR technology; direct experience with Dayforce or a comparable HRIS or ATS is a strong asset. Strong storytelling, relationship-building, and process-oriented skills.
Benefits
- Base salary $75,000-$95,000, comprehensive health and dental benefits, income protection (short- and long-term disability, life insurance, paid sick time), vacation time exceeding industry standards, company funded retirement savings program, formal and informal training opportunities.
