About the role

  • Senior paid ads specialist managing Meta and Google campaigns, tracking, and high-ticket GoHighLevel funnels. Supporting global clients with optimization, reporting, creative testing, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
  • Support the future launch and management of TikTok Ads
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions
  • Test ad creative, hooks, messaging, and audiences
  • Identify underperforming campaigns or creative and make adjustments
  • Scale high-performing campaigns and creative
  • Build and optimize high-ticket marketing funnels in GoHighLevel
  • Create and maintain landing pages, application forms, checkout processes, and follow-up sequences
  • Review funnel performance and improve conversion rates
  • Ensure lead flow and follow-up processes work from initial ad interaction through conversion
  • Set up and maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking
  • Manage GA4, UTMs, and related tracking systems
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and verify accurate campaign data capture
  • Monitor cost per lead, cost per sale, ROAS, and other marketing metrics
  • Prepare clear weekly performance reports for the client
  • Write and test ad copy, hooks, headlines, and short-form video ad scripts
  • Develop UGC-style and short-form video creative concepts
  • Conduct regular creative testing and use campaign data to guide messaging decisions
  • Create step-by-step SOPs in Notion for campaigns, funnels, tracking, and recurring processes
  • Help train and onboard future marketing team members
  • Communicate campaign performance, issues, priorities, and next steps
  • Deliver defined services under an independent contractor agreement and agreed scope of work

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience with demonstrated results
  • Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Solid hands-on Google Ads experience
  • Proven experience building and optimizing high-ticket funnels, preferably for $1,500–$5,000+ offers
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
  • Experience with Notion and Slack
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising metrics, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking
  • Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and UTM tracking
  • Familiarity with short-form video, UGC-style creative, and hook testing
  • Familiarity with Meta's Special Ad Category requirements for financial services
  • Strong written English for ad copy, reporting, and SOP documentation
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned marketing systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to clearly document processes and train others
  • Native or near-native English accent required (Level A–B)
  • Availability for 25 contracted hours per week, Monday through Friday, generally 9:00 AM–2:00 PM CST
