About the role
- Talent Acquisition Partner hiring industrial trades and NDT professionals for TIC Solutions. Managing high-volume recruitment supporting critical asset integrity and engineering services across North America.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume recruitment of manpower for various client sites
- Post positions and track candidate submissions
- Review resumes and pre-screen candidates
- Prepare posting summaries
- Verify qualifications and work references
- Coordinate and participate in interviews when required
- Prepare interview questions
- Provide input to selection decisions
- Prepare offer letters
- Source candidates using the ATS/CRM, Indeed and LinkedIn
- Communicate with internal operational leaders to understand staffing needs, forecasts and project scope
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with an emphasis on high-volume and/or industrial trade recruitment
- Strong experience using various sourcing techniques, platforms and recruitment marketing
- Ability to clearly communicate with internal operational leaders to understand needs, forecasts and scope of projects
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to drafting offer letters
- Experience with Recruitment software ICIMs is an asset
- Proficient in SharePoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Candidates can be located in the Sherwood Park or Fort McMurray area
- Must be able to perform all tasks in the complete Physical Job Description and be Fit for Duty
- Must be able to comply with the Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace, including alcohol and drug testing
