About the role
- Content Marketing Manager creating technical B2B content for AeroVect’s autonomous ground-handling technology. Writing stories, coordinating announcements, and improving content performance across airline and airport audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own AeroVect’s content strategy and production
- Write and publish content for AeroVect’s LinkedIn page
- Draft posts in the founders’ voices
- Turn company milestones and expertise into engaging content
- Interview founders, engineers, and operators
- Produce technical explainers, customer stories, and website content
- Manage content, assets, timelines, and approvals for funding, product, and customer announcements
- Coordinate with founders and external PR partners
- Run the editorial calendar
- Gather inputs and organize reusable photos and footage
- Brief creative partners and move work from idea to publication
- Analyze audience engagement, website traffic, and feedback from recruiting and commercial teams
- Refine published content based on performance and feedback
- Work directly with founders, engineers, operations teams, and external PR and creative partners
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent demonstrated work, in content marketing, editorial, or communications for technical B2B audiences
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Portfolio of personally written content, including social posts and longer-form stories
- Track record of taking stories from idea through interviews, reviews, and publication
- Experience coordinating busy contributors and multiple deadlines
- Strong editorial judgment
- Ability to explain technical subjects accurately
- Ability to adapt content to different voices
- Ability to secure necessary approvals before publishing
- Experience at a growing startup preferred
- Experience with executive communications or major company announcements preferred
- Interest or experience in aviation, robotics, logistics, or industrial technology preferred
- Submit three samples of personally written content with contribution details and results if available
