About the role

  • Staff Product Manager for AI Platform leading product strategy, roadmap, and execution at Affinity. Empowering product teams to build intelligent solutions leveraging AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the vision for a modern AI platform that serves as the foundation for product innovation across the company.
  • Own a portfolio of high-impact capabilities—semantic search, AI guardrails, agentic frameworks, and similarity and recommendation models—that teams rely on to deliver customer value.
  • Build for builders: design APIs, abstractions, and developer experiences that make it easy for product teams to integrate sophisticated AI into their solutions.
  • Establish guardrails and governance frameworks that ensure our AI capabilities are safe, reliable, and aligned with responsible AI principles.
  • Navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape, evaluating build-vs-buy decisions and staying ahead of emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Partner closely with engineering, applied science, and design teams to lead discovery, definition, and delivery of platform capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years at a B2B SaaS company (enterprise software experience a plus).
  • Experience leveraging complex technology to create delightful product solutions and leveraging AI/ML to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Experience working on zero-to-one products, or leading experiment-based concepts and prototyping quickly to validate ideas before development.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering, AI/ML and design teams end-to-end to drive business impact.
  • Strong communication skills that foster cross-team collaboration and ensure alignment on key outcomes and objectives.
  • Deep understanding and empathy for users.
