Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate PSES performance indicator dashboards
- Facilitate planning sessions with divisions and business areas
- Recommend performance indicators and interpret statistical trends
- Prepare executive-ready materials, including briefings, Q&A documents, and speaking notes
- Finalize and distribute dashboard products to program areas and senior leadership
- Create dashboards and interactive reports (SAS VA, Power BI, Excel)
- Capture evolving reporting needs and refine products accordingly
- Support KPI monitoring and performance measurement
- Apply advanced statistical analysis and experimental design
- Translate findings into clear insights for leadership
- Respond to internal and external data requests
Requirements
- University graduation in Social Science, mathematics, statistics or related field
- Minimum of 4 years analyzing and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data
- Skilled with multi disciplinary datasets and tools like SAS VA, Power BI, and Excel
- Understanding of how the criminal justice system is structured and operates
- Experience creating reports, briefings, presentations, and translating technical information for diverse audiences
- Strong facilitation, consultation, and project management abilities
