About the role

IT Administrator optimizing AlgaeCal’s healthcare technology systems, automations, security, Salesforce, and ERP workflows. Supporting Google Workspace, compliance, hardware, and business teams from Vancouver’s hybrid Yaletown office.

Responsibilities

Build and support workflows and automations across Slack, Jira, and Confluence
Administer Google Workspace, including user accounts, permissions, troubleshooting, security, and operations
Support security training, risk assessments, compliance controls, and internal and external audits for SOC 2, PCI, and HIPAA
Troubleshoot computers, routers, A/V equipment, and software
Manage technology inventory and ensure employees have the tools needed to work
Support internal Salesforce requests, troubleshoot and improve flows, and identify system improvements
Help implement and improve the ERP system through workflow design, automation, troubleshooting, and process optimization

1+ years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce or a similar CRM
Experience building workflows and automations across Slack, Jira, or Confluence
Familiarity with SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA, risk assessments, compliance controls, and audits
Comfort troubleshooting computers, routers, A/V equipment, and software
Experience implementing, building, or supporting an ERP system
Ability to translate business processes into effective workflows
Salesforce Administrator or another relevant IT certification is a bonus
