About the role

  • Conseiller IAM optimisant les rôles, privilèges et contrôles d’accès pour une organisation. Documentant les processus et soutenant la gouvernance, la conformité et l’automatisation des identités.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and document business functions, responsibilities, and processes
  • Define personas, user profiles, and associated access requirements
  • Design, structure, and maintain enterprise roles (RBAC), including business, task, and application roles
  • Establish relationships between roles, security groups, and access privileges, while contributing to access rationalization according to the principles of least privilege and separation of duties (SoD)
  • Support certification campaigns, access reviews, and compliance activities
  • Document rules and processes for granting, modifying, and revoking access
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate identity and access management processes, while supporting the integration of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions and improving identity lifecycle (JML) processes

Requirements

  • Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM/IGA)
  • Experience in business function analysis and role modeling
  • Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and enterprise directories
  • Experience with an IGA solution such as Saviynt, SailPoint, or an equivalent product
  • Good understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC access control models
  • Understanding of least privilege principles, separation of duties (SoD), and access governance
  • Ability to document processes, business rules, and role structures
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
  • Fluent in French
  • Experience in a government or regulated environment is a plus
  • Experience with automating identity lifecycle (JML) processes is a plus
  • Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts is a plus
