About the role

  • Account Manager managing strategic UK automotive retail accounts for Keyloop’s digital automotive technology platform. Driving retention, expansion, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop key client relationships across a defined portfolio of top UK automotive retail accounts
  • Serve as primary contact for clients and build trusted-advisor relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Lead client-retention initiatives and expand revenue through upsell and cross-sell strategies with account sales executives
  • Coordinate sales, professional services, and customer success teams as part of a cross-functional pod
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans covering client goals, risks, opportunities, and business outcomes
  • Represent the customer voice internally and align product development, support, and service delivery with client needs
  • Track account health and performance using data and insights
  • Proactively address challenges and improve adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term partnerships, drive client satisfaction, and identify portfolio expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing client accounts, focused on customer success and business growth
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the SaaS or software sector
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with solution selling or consultative selling methodologies
  • Knowledge of customer success best practices and account retention strategies
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with a consultative, customer-centric approach
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholder relationships across complex environments
  • Comfort with commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and revenue accountability
  • Strategic thinking and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions
  • Willingness to travel as needed across the region
