About the role

  • Senior PMO Director transforming governance and delivery reporting for Appficiency’s ERP, CRM, cloud, and AI services. Leading portfolio performance, resource allocation, and PMO talent development.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the strategic direction and operational roadmap for the PMO
  • Own project performance reporting, including earned value management, budget health, risk, and scope-change tracking
  • Establish and enforce a communication plan across every project team
  • Lead and develop Senior Project Managers and delivery leads across a multi-project portfolio
  • Execute a multi-year roadmap to elevate the PMO into a directive, strategic business function
  • Provide feedback and take corrective action when execution drifts from strategy or plan
  • Partner with Global Delivery leaders on resource allocation and real-time visibility across regions, industries, and departments
  • Guide and resolve complex escalations across strategic accounts
  • Add measurable value to project management, coordination, and program management services while helping grow related sales
  • Champion operational excellence, continuous improvement, best practices, and innovation across the firm

Requirements

  • 12+ years in project delivery, consulting, or PMO leadership, ideally within ERP, SaaS, or professional services environments
  • At least 5 years managing managers or leading a multi-tier project team
  • PMP certification is a must for this role
  • Direct experience leading a PMO through a maturity transformation
  • Strong business acumen, with fluency in interpreting and acting on project financials, utilization, and capacity data
  • Executive-level communication skills and presence
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Monday.com, or JIRA
  • NetSuite Foundation certification is considered an asset
  • Proven track record of scaling or transforming a PMO to support organizational growth
  • Deep fluency in earned value management and portfolio governance
  • Ability to develop Senior Project Managers into stronger delivery leaders
  • Sharp systemic thinking and ability to resolve firm-wide inefficiencies
