Responsibilities
Manage and deliver environmental projects of various sizes and complexities
Define and oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks
Provide technical guidance, prepare reports, and conduct senior reviews
Adhere to corporate policies and procedures for quality, health, safety, and performance management systems
Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment
Conduct technical tasks and field programs for contaminated site investigations, feasibility studies, remediation design, hydrogeological assessments, and monitoring programs
Support technical guidance across oil and gas, mining, power, infrastructure, brownfields, government, and renewable energy projects
Ensure project scope, schedule, cost, objectives, regulatory compliance, and technical accuracy are met
Prepare and review reports, work plans, specifications, and proposals
Manage technical budgets
Oversee intermediate and junior staff
Requirements
12+ years of direct experience managing Contaminated Sites and Site Remediation
Experience in Engineering, Geoscience, and Technology focused on Site Investigations, Remediation, Risk Management, and Environmental Monitoring
Bachelor’s degree
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) designation
Experience with FCSAP and PFAS
Expertise in environmental compliance and provincial and federal guidelines
Experience managing contaminated sites across industrial, refinery, military, commercial, government, oil and gas, mining, power, infrastructure, brownfield, wind, and solar sectors
Leadership in designing and executing field programs
Strong data analysis and report-writing skills
Experience with quality control and assurance processes
Ability to present results to clients
Experience responding to Requests for Proposals, Expressions of Interest, and Statements of Qualifications is advantageous
Flexibility to travel for site visits and project-related meetings
Ability to deliver comprehensive project proposals and reports
Strong communication and collaboration skills
