About the role

  • Global Digital Product Content Specialist publishing Arc’teryx ecommerce copy, translations, and imagery across global websites. Coordinating launches, workflows, and optimization for the brand’s digital commerce team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute publishing of ecommerce product copy, translations, and studio images across global websites and regions
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to brand standards for digital product content on Product Detail Pages (PDP)
  • Coordinate with Ecommerce, Studio, Localization, Merchandising, and other cross-functional partners on product launch priorities and timelines
  • Monitor and maintain content workflows for seasonal launches and speed-to-market objectives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product content issues to minimize delays and errors
  • Analyze product content performance to identify content outputs and optimization opportunities
  • Support process improvements and documentation for global content operations
  • Support large-scale content cleanup and roadmap projects
  • Lead initiatives to streamline global digital product content publishing processes and tools
  • Act as subject matter expert for digital content workflows and governance
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members in publishing best practices
  • Serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams and drive consistency and efficiency in global content workflows

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Digital Content and/or Merchandising Experience
  • You have a university degree in a relevant subject
  • Experience working for a DTC brand
  • Experience working with product information management tools
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and confidence communicating with cross-functional teams
  • Aptitude for learning and working with various web technologies
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and making timely decisions
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional digital experience for guests
  • Proactive identification of root causes and development of solutions
  • Flexibility and adaptability when faced with ambiguity
  • Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and doing what is right
  • Passion for getting outside and living it
