About the role

  • Global brand operations executive leading Arc’teryx’s worldwide marketing infrastructure and execution. Transforming operating models, teams, technology, campaigns, and vendor ecosystems for scalable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the operational vision for the global brand and marketing function
  • Drive marketing and creative innovation and modernize the operating model
  • Lead and integrate global Go-to-Market, Creative Operations and Services, Marketing Project Management, and Campaign Management teams
  • Set the global Brand Operations strategy, operating model, standards, frameworks, and roadmap
  • Evolve the global and regional operating model
  • Transform processes, tools, and ways of working to increase speed-to-market and enable data-driven, personalized campaign execution
  • Own end-to-end Go-to-Market, Creative Services, and Project Management execution
  • Partner with senior Brand leaders on calendaring, resource planning, and cross-functional gates
  • Ensure creative infrastructure, workflows, vendor relationships, and resourcing models deliver best-in-class global output
  • Lead Campaign Management and the Brand Operations technology stack, including project management, workflow, and DAM platforms
  • Govern asset rights, usage, and licensing compliance
  • Manage the Brand Operations P&L and global vendor/agency ecosystem
  • Lead agency and vendor strategy, roster management, RFP/tender processes, contract negotiation, and performance reviews
  • Drive global-to-regional alignment and governance across channels and markets
  • Maintain an enterprise-wide view of operational risk and dependencies
  • Build organizational capability and oversee a high-performing global team
  • Lead change management and process redesign to increase agility and reduce cost
  • Present business reviews and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Use operations scorecards and analytics to improve resource allocation and decision-making
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-powered production tools and workflow automation
  • Develop a globally scalable brand operating framework for new markets, categories, or business models
  • Future-proof operations through real-time campaign optimization and data-driven resource allocation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 15+ years of progressive marketing operations experience at the senior leadership level
  • Direct leadership of Go-to-Market, Creative Services, Project Management, and/or Campaign Management functions
  • Preferably experience within outdoor, apparel, or vertically-led consumer brands
  • Proven experience building and transforming global marketing operations for a high-growth company at pace and scale
  • Track record of building operational infrastructure and governance frameworks that translate strategy into scalable execution
  • Experience modernizing a marketing operating model for greater agility, speed, and personalization at scale
  • Strong command of MarTech, workflow, and digital asset management tools
  • Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing teams across multiple operational disciplines and geographies
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign and production workflows and brand/legal compliance standards
  • Vendor and agency management skills, including contract negotiation, RFP processes, and budget/financial stewardship
