Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience as Product Designer, Industrial Designer, Product Development
- Undergraduate Degree Industrial Design, Technical Degree OR equivalent industry training
- Strong critical problem-solving skills
- Experience communicating with and travelling to vendors and manufacturers
- Comprehensive understanding of design intent, product aesthetics, production and fit
- Complete understanding of the product lifecycle process
- Strong knowledge of raw materials, technical construction, and sourcing
- Familiarity with key tools; Adobe Suite
- Detail- and accuracy-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proven mentorship ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
