About the role
- Business Systems Manager optimizing NetSuite and financial platforms for Arctic Wolf’s cybersecurity operations. Driving Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, integrations, governance, and system improvements.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain business systems based on user needs and operational requirements
- Serve as the business systems consultant and align solutions with business objectives and processes
- Recommend configuration changes, enhancements, and process improvements
- Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners to translate requirements into system solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for business system inquiries, guidance, and support
- Provide project updates, status reporting, and risk communication to leadership and stakeholders
- Lead business system change initiatives from planning through implementation
- Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, system documentation, process guides, release notes, and knowledge resources
- Execute change management activities and deliver end-user training
- Provide production support and troubleshooting; resolve or escalate system issues
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Support UAT, validation, release management, and post-deployment stabilization
- Assess impacts of changes on applications, processes, data flows, reporting, and analytics
- Support integration planning, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate on user access management, role-based security, governance, compliance, audits, and system controls
- Serve as functional and technical owner for ecosystems supporting Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, expense management, and Revenue Recognition processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Business Systems and Administration
- Experience or familiarity with Finance/Accounting platforms such as NetSuite, Avalara, Coupa, Zip, Navan, or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Willingness to continue growing through experience and/or study and certification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany Transactions, and Financial Close
- Working knowledge of Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes
- Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription billing, contract amendments, usage-based billing, revenue recognition, and customer lifecycle management
- Experience supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and operational planning through integrated business systems
- Ability to translate accounting policies, operational requirements, and audit controls into scalable system configurations
- Strong understanding of financial controls, segregation of duties, SOX requirements, audit readiness, and governance
- Experience defining business requirements, documenting current and future-state processes, performing gap analysis, and developing solution designs
- Experience supporting UAT, release validation, and change management for business-critical financial systems
- Working knowledge of corporate business systems, including CRM, marketing automation, PRM, CMS, and ERP tools
- Understanding of iPaaS solutions such as Jitterbit and Boomi, with integration experience involving NetSuite, Adaptive, Pigment, Avalara, Workday, Navan, and Zip
- Working knowledge of Business Operations practices, including Quote to Cash, Sales, and Marketing Demand Generation
- Analytical and abstract reasoning skills
- Foundational project management skills
- Background checks are required

- SaaS/high-tech industry experience preferred
- Cybersecurity industry experience preferred
- NetSuite Suite Foundation Certification preferred
