About the role
- Condominium manager overseeing residential and commercial property portfolios in Toronto for Maple Ridge Community Management. Managing clients, operations, projects, meetings, contractors, budgets and invoices.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties
- Prioritize and conduct portfolio business and projects in a timely manner
- Manage projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors generated by the portfolio
- Create meeting agendas and conduct meetings, including some evening meetings
- Follow up with accurate meeting minutes
- Administer portfolio financial matters, including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices
- Manage relationships with clients
- Handle day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative and financial management for portfolio properties
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in condominiums
- 2 years’ experience with reciprocal and shared agreements
- Advanced knowledge of the Condominium Act
- Knowledge of financial and budgetary management
- Knowledge of insurance
- Experience with resident and Board of Director relations
- Knowledge of property inspection and board meeting expectations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, bylaws, statutes and regulations
- Must have Condominium Management General License
