About the role
- Rental Property Manager overseeing residential leasing portfolios for Associa British Columbia. Leading owners, tenants, site staff, leasing, budgets, transitions, and property management activities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Property Management activities
- Oversee a residential leasing portfolio containing units ranging from single-family homes to apartment buildings
- Provide strong service leadership to the team, existing owners, and potential and existing tenants
- Complete various tasks related to rental management
- Plan and organize trades
- Ensure smooth unit/building transitions with shareholders, investors, owners, and management companies
- Liaise with owners, shareholders, and strata representatives
- Carry out leasing activities
- Apply working knowledge of building systems
- Prepare budgets and understand financial statements
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on warranty/deficiency issues
Requirements
- Licensed Rental Property Manager
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Hands-on approach
- A team player
- Comfortable and confident in directing and coaching site staff
- Confident in liaising with owners/investors
- Excellent Time management & Organizing ability
- Computer literacy
- Good command of the English language with excellent Writing skills
- Very good verbal communication skills
