About the role
- Join Candu Security Services as Administrative Support managing documents and workflows. Support engineering excellence while handling confidential information and project files in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and navigate changing priorities to meet deadlines and departmental objectives
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion and in accordance with company policies
- Organize and manage the flow of information, including maintaining electronic documentation and files
- Draft, edit, and prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Provide support and guidance with office equipment and software
- Maintain and upload project files into document control systems
- Undertake special assignments as required by Management
- Serve as ACSO (Alternate Company Security Officer) for Designated Organization Screening and Facility Security Clearance processes with the Government of Canada
Requirements
- Ability to obtain Government of Canada Level II Security Clearance status
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Aptitude for handling confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in organizing documentation and managing digital filing systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively within a team
