About the role
- Senior UX designer supporting PwC Canada’s customer transformation engagements. Designing Salesforce Experience Cloud portals, journeys, prototypes, and accessible digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support customer transformation engagements covering customer strategy, experience design, brand design, and service/operating model improvements
- Conduct customer and user research, data analysis, insight generation, and analysis of VoC, NPS, and behavioral data
- Support customer journey mapping, segmentation, personalization, service design, and experience improvement initiatives
- Design and oversee deployment of sites using Lightning Web Runtime and govern design systems with Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI mockups
- Support Salesforce CMS integration and sharing/visibility design for external users
- Design and maintain reusable design patterns and branding sets
- Support implementation of Agentforce and Einstein Search alongside technical leads
- Develop presentations, models, analyses, and other structured deliverables
- Collaborate with strategy, design, and technology teams and conduct usability tests with diverse user groups
- Manage defined workstreams or project components and build relationships with manager- and director-level client stakeholders
Requirements
- Reliability Security Clearance required for current or future assignments as needed
- Experience in digital experience architecture and UX strategy, including enterprise web portals
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Lightning Web Runtime architecture
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping, Voice of Customer (VoC), customer insights, design thinking, and human-centered design methodologies
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities
- Experience supporting strategy, transformation, project planning, and project delivery initiatives within complex environments
- Strong storytelling, slide-writing, interpersonal, and emerging leadership skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills with manager- and director-level clients
- Familiarity with the Salesforce digital customer platform
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3 (SLDS), JavaScript (ES6+), Apex, Flow, external services, and Salesforce Metadata API
- Familiarity with single sign-on, social login, and data-sharing rules
- Subject matter expertise in Section 508 and WCAG compliance
