About the role
- Cybersecurity Specialist managing cybersecurity for critical infrastructure projects. Develops programs and ensures compliance with industry standards in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the cybersecurity program for the design and construction of the rail system
- Identify and mitigate cyber risks
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
- Promote and enforce OT cybersecurity policies and procedures
- Collaborate with engineering, technology, and operations teams
- Conduct gap analyses and threat and vulnerability assessments
- Address information security issues at every stage of the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in a security role
- Cybersecurity certification or demonstrable experience (e.g., CISSP, GICSP, OSCP, C|EH, CISM, IEC 62443 Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+, CCNP, etc.)
- Experience with critical infrastructure and ICS/OT environments
- Strong understanding of IT/OT systems
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including APTA, NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, and ISO 27001
- Bilingual in French and English required
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills, both verbal and written
