About the role

  • Cybersecurity Specialist managing cybersecurity for critical infrastructure projects. Develops programs and ensures compliance with industry standards in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the cybersecurity program for the design and construction of the rail system
  • Identify and mitigate cyber risks
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Promote and enforce OT cybersecurity policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with engineering, technology, and operations teams
  • Conduct gap analyses and threat and vulnerability assessments
  • Address information security issues at every stage of the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in a security role
  • Cybersecurity certification or demonstrable experience (e.g., CISSP, GICSP, OSCP, C|EH, CISM, IEC 62443 Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+, CCNP, etc.)
  • Experience with critical infrastructure and ICS/OT environments
  • Strong understanding of IT/OT systems
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including APTA, NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, and ISO 27001
  • Bilingual in French and English required
  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills, both verbal and written
