Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize enterprise architectures that enable BCI's modernization and transformation
- Define and evolve architecture standards, principles, guidelines, and patterns aligned to industry frameworks
- Build business capability and technology roadmaps in partnership with business and technology teams
- Review architectures-in-development and provide constructive feedback to delivery teams
- Evaluate emerging AI systems and establish governance guardrails
Requirements
- 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect or in a related architecture role
- Strong architectural pattern recognition
- Hands-on experience with AI assistants and agentic tools
- Proven experience driving cloud modernization initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience
